How to get more Google reviews with your link
- Ask at the right moment. Right after a good experience: when the order is delivered, the treatment is done or the customer says thanks.
- Make it one tap. Send the link by WhatsApp, SMS or email. People won't search Maps for you, but they will tap a link.
- Ask everyone. Google's rules forbid rewards for reviews and asking only happy customers. Ask every customer the same way.
- Reply to every review. Replies show future customers that someone is listening. Use our free review reply templates.
- Watch every location. If you have more than one branch, a drop at one of them is easy to miss. Here is how to monitor reviews for many locations.
Questions
What is a Google review link?
It is a short web address that opens the "Write a review" form for one business on Google, so customers don't have to search for you on Maps first. Fewer steps means more reviews.
Is this tool really free?
Yes. No sign-up and no limits on the links you create. The link itself is a standard Google address, so it keeps working even if this site disappears.
Where do I find my Place ID?
Search your business name above and pick it from the list. The Place ID (it usually starts with ChIJ) is filled in for you. You can also paste a Place ID you already have.
Is it allowed to ask customers for reviews?
Yes, asking every customer is fine. What Google's policy forbids is offering rewards or discounts for reviews and asking only happy customers (review gating). Ask everyone, the same way.
Where should I put the QR code?
At the counter, on receipts, on table tents, on packaging and on the thank-you page or email after a purchase. Put it where customers wait for a minute.
