Portfolio · Yoga · AI Automation Developer

I build AI automations that take repetitive work off sales and marketing teams.

Lead research, report emails, review monitoring and Telegram or Slack alerts, built with Claude and OpenAI, Gmail, Google Sheets and Node.js. Before I wrote code, I spent 8 years leading sales, marketing and service teams in Indonesia, so I know which tasks are worth automating.

AI agentRunning daily

AI lead researcher: Gmail → Claude → Telegram

Problem
Checking job and lead emails by hand takes hours, and the good ones get missed.
Built
An agent that reads new emails every 30 minutes, scores each lead with Claude, writes a brief, questions to ask and a draft reply, and sends the best to Telegram and a dashboard. Emails with no leads cost nothing: Claude is only called when there is something to read.
Result
Every lead checked within 30 minutes, with a draft ready to edit and send.

Cabang HQ: a team of AI agents in one office

Problem
Finding freelance work means searching, judging, writing, following up and watching costs, every single day.
Built
A 3D office where ten agents each run a division: a Scout and a Judge find and rate jobs, a Writer drafts replies, a Tracker follows every pitch, a Dealmaker flags scams, an Accountant and an Auditor watch every Claude cost. A CEO agent and an R&D agent research improvements every morning and propose them; nothing changes until a human approves.
Result
One screen shows what to apply for next, what it will cost and how close the month's goal is. Every message is a draft a human sends.

Live SaaSReal client

SemuaCabang: every branch's Google rating in one dashboard

Problem
A business with many locations can't see which branch is slipping until customers complain.
Built
A multi-tenant web app: each client gets its own dashboard with every branch's rating, targets and trends, plus Telegram alerts for 1 to 3 star reviews and a Monday summary. Security rules and browser tests run on every change.
Result
One client watches 18 branches every week, for about 5 Google API calls per branch per month.

Telegram botScheduled

Business alerts and reports, straight to Telegram

Problem
Nobody opens a dashboard every day, so bad news is found late.
Built
Scheduled jobs that pull fresh data, decide what matters and post a short report or an instant alert to each client's group, with retries and a once-a-day limit so the group never gets spammed.
Result
The team hears about a bad review the same day and gets a weekly scorecard every Monday at 07:00 without asking.

Google review link and QR code generator

Problem
Owners want more reviews but can't find the direct link to Google's review form.
Built
Search your business, pick it, and get the review link, a ready message and a printable QR code. The Places API key stays on the server behind a Cloudflare Function.
Result
Free for anyone, no sign-up, and it brings visitors to the site.

Google review reply templates

Problem
Replying to every review well takes time, and angry reviews are hard to answer calmly.
Built
Ready replies for 1 to 5 star reviews. Fill in the business, the reviewer's name and how to reach you, and the reply is ready to copy.
Result
A reply in seconds that still sounds personal.

What I can build for you

If your team repeats it every day, it can probably run on its own.

AI agents

Claude or OpenAI agents that classify, summarize, extract data and draft replies, for leads, support emails, reviews or documents.

Gmail and Google Sheets automations

Read an inbox, log rows to a sheet, pull data from Google Places or any API, and send the report your team actually reads.

Telegram and Slack bots

Instant alerts and daily or weekly reports to a group, with retries, quiet hours and simple commands.

Scheduled jobs and small dashboards

GitHub Actions or cron jobs, plus a small dashboard on Firebase or Cloudflare when the team needs to see history.

About me

A marketer who builds the tools.

I'm Yoga, based in Indonesia. Most automation developers start from the code. I started from the sales floor: I know what a good lead looks like, which report a manager actually reads, and which daily task quietly eats a team's afternoon.

Today I lead MGI Academy and service quality at Madinah Group Indonesia, where I see every day how much time manual reports and follow-ups take. I design, build and run my own software end to end, from the API integration to the tests and the Telegram message at the end.

How I work

From your message to a tool that runs on its own.

1. Tell me the task

What your team repeats, where the data lives, and where the result should land.

2. Fixed scope and price

I reply with what I'll build, the price and the delivery date, in writing.

3. Demo early, updates daily

A working first version within 48 hours and a short written update every working day.

4. Clean handover

Code in your repository, API keys in your own accounts, and a short guide your team can follow.

Start a project

Tell me the task your team repeats every day.

I'll reply with how I'd automate it and a fixed price. Write it in a line or two, then send it on WhatsApp.

Questions

Before you message me

Which AI models do you use?

Claude by default, OpenAI when you already have an account or need a specific model. The API key stays in your own account, and I keep each run as cheap as the task allows: no call to the model when there is nothing new to read.

Do you build with n8n, Make or Zapier?

I build in code (Node.js) with scheduled jobs on GitHub Actions or Cloudflare, which is cheaper to run and easier to test. If your team already lives in a no-code tool, tell me and we'll decide together whether code is the better fit.

How do we work across time zones?

I'm in Indonesia (UTC+7). Send the task in your evening and the next update is waiting in your morning. A short written update every working day means no meetings are needed.

Do I own the code?

Yes. The code goes into your GitHub account or a repository I hand over, and every key and account stays yours.
